The first stage of the research involved two national surveys. These have now closed.
For the next stage of the research, we will be holding interviews and focus groups around Australia.
An interview is a conversation in which someone asks you questions about a specific topic.
A focus group is a small group of people who come together to talk about a specific topic.
In the interviews and focus groups, we will talk about what you think good listening looks like and how you think people can listen to you better. You do not have to talk about anything you do not want to talk about.
